Talaween for Metal Coating & Fabrication is a Jordanian company focused on high-quality finishing solutions for metal and aluminium products. Our name reflects colour, creativity and transformation.
Our Company
A young company built on decades of industrial experience
Talaween was formally incorporated as a limited liability company in 2024, but its story began in 2016, when Luay Kurdieh established the business as a sole proprietorship. He brought with him the experience gained as a partner and owner in Kurdieh & Hakim Aluminium, an established company founded in 1971.
The Kurdieh name remains central to Talaween’s identity, connecting a young and growing company with decades of practical experience in aluminium fabrication and powder coating.
As the operation expanded beyond the scale of a sole proprietorship, Talaween adopted an LLC structure and welcomed Al-Muwathaba as a strategic founding partner in the new company. This transition created a stronger platform for investment, management development, operational growth and long-term expansion.

Industrial Roots
Kurdieh & Hakim Aluminium is established, beginning the industrial heritage that would later contribute decades of practical experience in aluminium fabrication and powder coating to Talaween.
- 2016
Talaween Begins
Luay Jamal Kurdieh establishes Talaween as a sole proprietorship, building a specialised business around metal finishing, fabrication and powder coating.
- 2024
A New Structure and Strategic Partnership
As the operation outgrows the sole-proprietorship structure, Talaween is formally incorporated as an LLC. Al-Muwathaba joins the new company as a strategic founding partner, strengthening its management structure and capacity for continued growth.

Talaween brings together a diverse team of 20 people, supported by modern powder-coating equipment, experienced management and high-quality coating materials.

Today, Talaween operates with a diverse team of 20 people. Our workshop uses modern powder-coating equipment from internationally recognised manufacturers, including Nordson Industrial Coating Systems, DYNAMIKI and Electron. We also work with high-quality coating materials from established suppliers including Jotun, Golden Paints and Mikroton.

Chief Human Resources Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Mamdouh represents Al-Muwathaba within Talaween’s management and oversees human-resources decisions and the company’s daily operations. His role connects people, organisation and execution across the workshop.
